Across our nation, we are witnessing a troubling trend in our justice system: district and circuit courts granting special favors to defendants or their attorneys, creating an alarming bias that undermines the very foundation of fairness.
The Hall v Twitter case documents, through court records, that judges on the court granted Twitter's attorneys from Perkins Coie to practice in court 91 times, while not actual members of the court's bar and in direct violation of the Local Rules and New Hampshire law. This favoritism of one party erodes public trust, distorts the pursuit of justice and created an immediate bias of the court. Hall urges the Supreme Court to step in and address this critical issue.
